Architectural Energies has been providing
professional services from its New England location for
over a quarter century. The firm has been recognized

which have reached not only across the United States,
but around the world; including Hungry, Israel, and
Canada.
In a world all to often characterized with superficial
ethics and performance, Architectural Energies takes
great pride in being repeatedly recognized as the firm
that adheres to the traditional values of quality,
integrity and expertise, while utilizing the latest,
proven technology to deliver the best project customized
to our Clients’ needs.
Whether one is in need of a full line of construction
services, specialized consulting, complex one of a kind
projects, regardless of demanding budgets, Architectural
Energies stands ready to meet the Clients’ needs with
unprecedented professionalism and personal commitment.
Our philosophy is to carefully create and mold each
building into an important and individual space,
respecting, as a challenge, the value of fiscal

concept to completion, Architectural Energies interfaces
first with the Client, then the contractor, as a team,
carefully attending to every detail. The Client is an
active participant in all decisions, from early sketches
through the entire construction process as Architectural
Energies keeps in mind what will be best for the

Charles
Henry Goldstein, Principal - CEO
Charles Henry Goldstein graduated from the Boston
Architectural Center (now known as the Boston
Architectural College) in 1965 and began his career at
an engineering firm.
While attending college, Charlie was awarded several
traveling scholarships, enabling him to experience
Europe and compliment his education with the unique
perspective and experience only afforded by such
opportunities. The basis of Charlie’s design approach
today and throughout his career is a direct reflection
of his personal exposure to architectural design and
construction methods employed both in the United States
and far beyond our shores.
Charlie went on to found Architectural Energies in 1983
and has since been acclaimed for his development and
implementation of super-insulated construction methods
utilizing common, everyday construction materials. These
methods, which Charlie has been utilizing and
implementing since the 1980’s, are elements of what is
today referred to as “Green Technology”.
Leading Architectural Energies for over two decades,
Charlie has accumulated numerous design awards for his
projects in all categories and budgets. Charlie’s
creativity and dedication to his craft has established
Architectural Energies as a respected, forward-thinking,
award-winning firm.
Currently, the majority of Charlie’s time
is now spent in Europe and Africa doing hospice work and
providing consultancy services for overseas projects.

basic element: “Reason.” Usually, the reason will
derive from the client; his needs, wants, or desires

the final product becomes one that the client is most
